We are a Christian family of seven that travels full-time in a 31-foot travel trailer! Our mission is to make God known through our experiences on the road and in the great outdoors.

In 2022, we sold our house in North Carolina to go on the road full-time. Since then, we've experienced incredible adventures and also faced difficult trials. Through it all, we are learning to trust the God who takes care of His children. Read more below about our mission and values.

Hebrews 6:19 gives us rock-solid assurance that we have “a sure and steadfast anchor of the soul.” That anchor is the Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus has secured eternal redemption for us by the blood He shed on the Cross. This is the anchor that clings to the Rock when the waves toss or the ship veers off course.
We have this as a sure and steadfast anchor of the soul, a hope that enters into the inner place behind the curtain. Hebrews 6:19
As followers of Christ, our primary mission is to share the Gospel so that everyone will attach their faith to the anchor of Jesus Christ. When Jesus called His first disciples, He said that He would make them fishermen for souls. They left all to obey. This message is urgent.
Do not be afraid; from now on you will be catching men. Luke 5:10
Life is short. Souls enter eternity in either Heaven or Hell every day. This is why the psalmist asked God to number his days in order to “gain a heart of wisdom” (Ps. 90:12). Life “is a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away” (Jas. 4:14 NKJV). So we want every moment of our lives to count for eternity, bringing souls to Christ.

We are praying that you will find hope in the Cross of Christ—that you will trust His sacrifice alone as the only way to be saved from God’s wrath against your sin. We are also praying that this reality will transform you, so that you will be daily anchored in Jesus, fishing for souls.

Our Mission and Values
Our mission is to make God known through stories of our adventures on the road and in the great outdoors. Our values are:

​Family Ministry: We believe that families should be working together to make God known.

Family Adventure: We believe that families should be going outside and having adventures together in God’s Creation.

Family Focus: We believe that individuals within a family should be focused on spending quality time with one another, encouraging each other, challenging each other, and knowing each other.

Family Fun: We believe that it is important for families to laugh and have distraction-free fun together.​
​
Outdoor Learning: We believe that families should be studying God’s Creation by going outside and learning more about Him through the things He has made.
Ministries
Anchor & Fish is the name of our broader family ministry. We publish printed works designed to spread the knowledge of God and implant our values. We also use our website to publish short devotionals to encourage you in your faith and to connect you with our own activities as we travel, learn, and explore.

We publish videos both on our website and on YouTube sharing our RVing and outdoor adventures. On the channel, you can learn, laugh, and know God better through His Word and through His Creation. We want you to watch these videos together as a family! We publish light-hearted, entertaining videos in line with our values, and we provide Bible-study/devotional-type videos (coming soon!) to help you dig deeper into the truths touched on in other videos.
We enjoy playing bluegrass music and compose our own work for our videos! In addition, we love to play at churches when we are in the area. If you're interested, reach out to us via our Contact Page.
